A morning centered around conviviality and mutual aid to leave with actionable steps and concrete ideas.
Objectives
- Break isolation and encourage mutual aid: connect with others who are job searching, take advantage of shared advice, tools, and networks during an informal moment and a breakfast.
- Explore group dynamics: benefit from collective intelligence to find creative solutions to the challenges and obstacles you face.
- Discover equivalent initiatives: get acquainted with cosearching groups or other resources that can provide long-term support and guidance.
Who is it for?
This workshop is open to anyone looking for a job, regardless of their profile, experience, or how long they have been searching.
Be ready to share your experiences and listen to others, to benefit from the group's strength. A facilitator will ensure a caring environment and the confidentiality of discussions.
